Getting in touch
The enquiry form sends your name, email address, selected goal and message to coach@ryno.fitness using Resend, an email delivery service. Ryan uses these details to reply to your enquiry. The website does not keep a separate enquiry database. Messages remain in Ryan’s email account and may be processed in Resend’s delivery records. Please avoid including sensitive medical information in this form.
This website shows selected images from Ryan’s public Instagram account and may load current images from Instagram when the account connection is enabled. Opening a post takes you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy. Requests for remotely hosted images share your IP address with the image provider.
Hosting and editor access
IONOS hosts the website and processes technical request information. The private database on this server stores temporary request counters to protect sign-in and enquiries, plus Instagram connection and cache data. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed and expire automatically. The private website editor uses an essential session cookie. Website content and uploaded photos are stored in GitHub, including version history. Public visitors do not need an editor account.
